RSC is a new generation IT consulting company, providing a wide range of services in the IT sector to its partners. We participate from the analysis and planning of a task, through development, implementation and use to support in the following areas – Business Process Management, Data Analytics (BI, ETL, Datawarehousing), Software Development (Mobile, Web, Desktop), Hosting & Support (Servers and IT equipment administration, security and licensing). We work with one of the largest companies in Bulgaria and at the same time we are a small and cohesive team in which the opinion and actions of everyone are extremely important.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience with SQL (ability to create, modify, analyze problems and optimize complex queries);
Minimum 2 years experience with Netezza, Oracle, SQL Server or Teradata (creating tables, entering, updating, deleting, indexing, optimizing);
Experience or knowledge of scripting language (VBS, Linux shell, Windows batch, Perl, etc.);
Experience with development in IBM Cognos, Microstrategy, Tableau, Informatica, Power BI or other BI platform;
Excellent problem solving, debugging, data modeling and programming skills
Very good command of English;
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics

Modeling, translating business requirements, developing, documenting, testing, monitoring, error analysis and administering the data of the partners we work with using ETL / Datawarehousing / BI Reporting / Big Data tools;
Participation in the maintenance and updating of platforms and tools;
Providing assistance in case of problems with the platforms or reports;
Regular updating of knowledge about new versions and technologies and sharing with other team members;
Discussion and precise documentation of all architectural solutions, plans, goals, functional requirements;
Maintaining good and open relationships with all team members
Participate in short-term and long-term planning with partners in order to improve business processes and work with the team to ensure that all systems meet the long-term plans of partners;
Proactive analysis of existing information systems and applications in order to identify weaknesses or, if possible, to optimize;
Defining and prioritizing projects and customer requirements with the help of the Data Analytics Manager;
Assessment of the client’s business needs and recommendations on opportunities, risks and costs in relation to opportunities;
Participation in initiatives for building data models and maintaining metadata (definitions of data, links, sources and users), according to the client’s strategy;
Adherence to high quality standards and procedures. Use of best practices in the field. Check the code to see if best practices are followed and if everything is according to the client’s specifications;
